Problems during applying for PAN Card Application online on NSDL in 2019


   Now a days PAN Card Application has sent online By NSDL and UTI Platform. But There Are some problems during applying for PAN Card Application online on NSDL in 2019

Major problems:- 

  1. Authentication Error in eKYC.
  2. Rejection of PAN Application to lack of Any document, etc.

Authentication Error in eKYC:-




This is one of the most common problem in NSDL PAN card application. This Occurs because you are trying to authenticate your data with Aadhaar Database. Basically PAN card verify your Application Details with Aadhaar database and that details are Date of Birth, Name in Aadhaar and Your Gender.
The mismatch of these details occurs an error in form of authentication error.This problem mainly occurs if you select upload signed Document Mode.

The Main problem of this error is this occurs after Transaction but you don't need to worry about it. NSDL is trusted which refund your money within 7 working days. To solve this problem you have to update your Aadhaar card details(mentioned above) by going to nearest Enrollment Center.


Rejection of PAN Application to lack of Any document:-

Sometimes your PAN Application rejected due to lack of provided documents or mismatch of Information Provided in your PAN Application. 


Then You have to check the PAN status by Entering your PAN Acknowledgement number. As you see in image Status has link click here which show the reason why your PAN Application rejected. If Any document is missing so You have to Upload the document regarding the requirement.
